I'm really getting sick of the scammer on this website now, especially on the call of duty modded lobbies
Most of them are scammers and it's just getting really annoying now, I think they should be band off the site

Anyone else agree?

It's annoying, but it's ultimately the fault of the guy who gets scammed. First of all, you shouldn't trust people on the internet, and second, there's a reason why selling is against the rules.

People think that getting gold is a scamming pass. Like they think that people will trust that they are legit because they are gold and some people actually fall for the scam.

I think its equally as stupid on the person who got scammed's part. The fact they belive people with like 4 posts, is unbelivable. If youre caught scamming on this site, or if youre found charging for lobbies, you should get IP banned

This would make sense accept for the fact that selling is only against the rules in certain forums. OP yes it is actually quite pitiful that so many people have been getting scammed lately.

True you should only trust people that has lots of Vouches and a trusted seller.

I know it's going to happen no matter what but. Hate the people who are identified as being scammers, account is banned, and then they just create a new one.
