I love my Solo's and haven't had any experience with other so all I can tell you is get the Solo's their so nice

i know your very determined on beats, my personal opion if you want beats are mixr's they have high quality sound and that extra port comes in handy, but im just saying i preffer my souls sl300s they arent od bass like beats which i feel ruins the music and they are mad cheap since they are going out of business, i've had both brands and i think souls are better. but if you really want beats go mixrs
