Try the email you have with your social club account. If you have one.

Make sure you're using the one linked with your Social Club account, if you can't figure out why it's not there I would call them .

if you visit the social club account, you can check there

Also most bans are because of the dns . if this happened to you because of the dns then you will be unbanned in 2 weeks .
( if its your first time being banned)

I did use the dns around thursday a bit to much and i got banned the next day but i never got an email i have a social club account also.

well even if you didn't get the email , you are banned for 2 weeks sorry to say .

If this is your second time being banned or higher the consequences will probably be higher </3

I just wanted to get to lvl 120 that was it i didnt need the money at all from the mission but i got banned at 118, i was sooo close:(

well duh . you should know hacking/modding/exploiting in the game will result in a consequence .

if you are leveling up like every 2 - 3 minutes or so doing the dns rockstar will have their eyes peeled and watch how you are achieving quick ranks so rapidly . then your ban comes

This was my first time using dns also. I just wanted to try it out.
