I am looking for someone who could teach me or help make my site look a bit more better since it's not so good in appearance due to my lack of programming knowledge.

First come up with a concept or idea and draw it out in Paint.NET or photoshop or whatever image editing software you use and then code the site. If you have questions then we can help you, but we cannot create a concept for you.
