Upload it to a image sharing/hosting website and then copy the image URL. then use [url] image URL here [/url]

Use the program called Gyazo. It's quick and easy and after you get then link from Gyazo insert it into the 'img' button while posting.

Right click on the image you want to use and click copy image location or copy image url depending on your web browser, and then use the code bleow.

1) get the image you want to put on the foums
2) upload to a image sharing website, I use tinypic . com
3) copy the img code
4) paste onto any forum/thread
