Problem with connecting my RTE tools to Console help!!Posted:

When I try and connect to my RGH it comes up with the error "unhandled exception has occured in your application Unable to connect to the remote server" I have got the correct plugins installed and neighbourhood works fine as well. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is your RGH online or offline?

My RGH is offline and yes it is set as the default on neighbourhood
