This message is for people that are online their exploited console and are receiving server ban messages from any and all accounts that they try and connect with.
Change your IP address. IW is identifying you by your IP, not your key vault, and giving the blocked message to any account on your IP address.
In addition, don't lose hope on banned accounts. The account very well may not actually be banned from servers.
This is not a repetitive post. Everyone knows about the ban wave, and I'm not telling everyone about it. This is informational.
This is completely excluding people who receive the "console ban" message from servers. In that case, change your IP and put on a new KV (probably a good idea to save your KV since it isn't banned from XBL).

Call them and ask for them to change your ip. They are pretty much obligated to do so.
