Sometimes when someone plays with me, they will level up to lvl 28 instantly, then 42. Sometimes they won't level up. how does this work? i am on a modded save.

If you are talking about the money way of levelling people up its because once they have done the undead president challenge they wont get anymore xp. and also sometimes they wont level up much as they have already done most of that challenge and wont get as much xp, hope this helped
