Hello, I'm in a clan with two other guys. We are looking to build a good team that can compete on GB. I like to reiterate that this a building process and we won't be great overnight. We will be playing Clan vs Clan for practice until we can compete on GB. I will say that team chemistry is important and therefore even if you can perform consistently, you will need enthusiasm.
