I would honestly be frustrated, I will ask for a refund from post office and if they say no after a while of arguing, I would most likely suck it up.

when paying for postage make sure you pay for the anti-robbery-water postage and you will be fine

I suppose if that was to happen whatever you bought would be either a new home for the fishes or the robbers item to do with what he likes.
