Example: A prison when people join the sever they get a number and that number will be a cell number. Everyone will have there own cell and a job, wether thats cutting down trees to collect wood or mining to get resources. Any way once you have proven yourself in prison you will be aloud out of the main gate and aloud out in the real world. Then you can do what you want however there are RULES if you disobey those rules you will have to be thrown back in to prison.(Upgrades= Rank up in prison. How do you do this? you have to mine materials if you find emeralds or diamonds you can trade them in (optional) to one of the guards and he will give you money for them that money is used to rank up.

Yard - Hang out with people make new friends, And even play different game modes.
