If I were to buy 400k coins on Ps4, would I get banned? Is there anyway to buy them without getting caught

think they are abit stricter now. a member posted before about getting reset for buying coins

A lot of people have been banned for buying and selling coins, including some people that I know personally. There's always the risk of you getting banned

Try buying them on a 2nd account then transfer them to your main account.
