It's a wall paper resized and blended more with an extreme closeup of his gun, added some shading, very few c4ds, and text. Minimal brushing is used.. Which ones do you think you found on google?

I don't think you understand what a signature is, then. This forum, by observation, is filled with pointless gifs with eye-sore of colors. I didn't only crop a picture and put my name on it, but also blend in different textures as well as lighting through the signature.

So, what's the point of a render?
