This may not be relevant. So I'm trying to edit a games settings in Ifile on my device, but whenever I get to the file I need to edit and open it, it is encrypted. I've seen countless videos where its not encrypted for people and they can edit it seamlessly. Just wondering if you may know how to fix this.

You must've changed something that shouldn't be changed. Go to iFile and delete the application from there, and all associated files.

I'm not entirely sure. None of my game files are encrypted. I just press "Text Viewer" then Edit.

I got it from the hack your IPhone repo, but when I start using Flex, it gives me an error.

You are not the first user to encounter this. I think it is a flex internal error. Not your phone.

My tweaks in settings have disappeared and I don't think there is a way to fix it I already tried that cydia stubstrate thing and it did nonthing I think it's because I have iphone 5s but I don't know what to do

Sorry for the late reply but check your packages to see what tweaks are downloaded. Try to re-install them, then re-install cydia substrate.
