It's genuinely not coming up with an error now, it just won't download I can't see it on my app page

Search "Cydia Substrate" and re-download that. That might fix it.

Search "Flex" and you should see a list of options, there should be like a green checkmark next to one of the options. That is the one you downloaded, tap it, click modify and uninstall.
