So i will be doing ghost lobbies using the ban bypass soon so i wanted to figure this out, In the forums they say to change your ip so you don't get banned. I think they mean just from ghosts but i want to make sure. So my main account is banned from ghosts so i don't care if i get console banned from ghosts i just wanna know if my retail will get console banned from xbox live if i dont change my ip.

There is a chance of your retail getting banned but it's not very likely, however if you change your ip it make it less likely

Through your default gateway, but if your ip is static you will have to call your ISP
