I still see ads on the game? Could this be one of the most well thought publicity stunts ever? States it'll be off the App store in less than 24 hours so a bunch of people download it and don't ever remove either by rage or boredom...while he just collects the money from ad revenue?

Just a way for him to make more money. Genius idea. It will make people who didn't catch flappy bird want to download his other games as-well.

Also, if you guys never played flappy bird, there are lots of copycats in the App Store that you could play.

I really don't understand what he was trying to accomplish or prove by taking the game down.
