@OP I really don't mind. Eventually they'll learn that talking like that won't get them anywhere, and if they want to achieve anything at a professional level, they'll have to make some changes or they'll end up with no job or career.



I have to disagree with your last point. Talking like that can really help with a degree in English language, and by all means that is a challenging degree. Analysing the coined words people are using now-a-days is heavily brought up in discussions whilst doing that, and the way language is evolving to do the latter.

I really do despise ignorance, this thread is full of it.
