Depends what for. For gaming, no, I had this card before I bought the GTX 760 and it's not powerful at all.

that game will not be good at gaming at all wont run anything that is a newer game

Terrible PC, honestly never buy a PC off ebay. Build your own is the best and cheaper option!

Or if you not fussed go to a proper website like PC Specialist and have them build you one.
