Here is a tutorial to get unlimited money on gta 5 after patch 1.09.

1.Pick your most valuable car (Originally Worth Under 50k)
2.Modify your car to the MAX
3.Drive near a LSC
4.Get your vehicle impounded (By the Police)
5.Call your mechanic (Facing a wall *if possible*)
and request delivery of another vehicle
6.*Quickly* REQUEST PERSONAL VEHICLE (in the Interaction Menu)
7.You now have a duplicated vehicle
8. Call Mors Mutual and claim your impounded car
9.Drive your duplicated vehicle into your garage
(Replace a vehicle of your choice *if you have to*)
10.Get in the car Mors Mutual sent back to your garage,and SELL it at LSC
11.Insure your duplicated vehicle at LSC
12.Your Done,Repeat the Glitch until your satisfied
