I can buy a 3 week old Xbox one tomorrow for 350 (GBP) in this bundle I get:
- Xbox one with kinect
- 2 pads
- Fifa 14
- Forza 5
- Just dance 2014 installed
- Headset
- Play and charge kit
- 12 month XBL on an account

He's used it around 6 times basically brand new no scratches ect.

It is a fairly good deal as long as the console isn't broken and it is legit I would say that it is a good deal.

How would I know if its legit mate, and what faults would I be looking for

It's a pretty good deal just make sure nothing is wrong with the console or anything that comes along with it .

Sound mate cheers, just check if all the games work also check if it connects to xbox live and both pads work plus the kinect?

I'd check all the games for scratches and plug the console and mic in and test it before you give him the money. (If you're buying it in person)
