I'm currently on dash " 2.0.16547.0 "
I had redeemed my XBLSE token and when to go online and this dash update popped up?
Any help would be great!

As long as your on 16547 It's safe to update it's just the avatar update

As long as it loads the xblse time and you r fully bypassed it should be fine to do the update
