ive had it about a week and only now has it started to not boot up at all and when it does it come ups with a single light red ring and an error on screen, error 71? and it only seems to do it when i have the hardrve IN?
CAN ANYONE HELP ME HERE?

yes this is e68 error and the only way to fix t is to get a new hdd

You'll need to purchase a new HHD or try taking out the HHD and putting it back in as that always resolves it on my end.

Yeah this happened to me once and everyone said i had to get a new one so i did and it resolved my problem

its definitely the hard drive but i just spent 40 to get it had it about a week from a shop on ttg here and its already corrupt really?.. is there now way to fix it??

Its not your harddrive. I don't know where these guys above got E68 from. You clearly posted e71 which is either a dead Ethernet chip or possibly a nand related issue.
Regardless if you purchased it a week ago send it back to whoever you purchased it from and if you haven't messed with it you should have it fixed for free or refunded.

ahh really? because like yeah it does say e71 but it seems to only happen when the harddrive is in?
