I have around $200M but I keep seeing posts about people needing money.

And then wait for an invite.
I will host the first and then we will switch hosts each race.
The host needs to win the race for all players to get the money.
Also after 2 races I will be able to host the $250M race.

Challenges are completely random on payouts. The other night my friend and I were playing and we were only seeing $250,000 then $1.5 mil showed up and after that challenges were gone. Then last night there were a bunch for over $150 mil but neither of us have that kind of money, and the next best ones never got over $750,000. So it depends on chance I think. But if u find a high one that u can afford, jump on that thing before it disappears.
