Go on quests and kill every enemy with destruction preferably a high level, expert etc, also using healing hands and flames on a horse is a good way to increase restoration and destruction at the same time

What I did was I used the Fireball spell non stop on every enemy I faced. I also carried a lot of Health and Magicka potions on me so I wouldn't die.

Using the Oghma Infinium glitch is a quick way to level all of your skills. However that would require you to delete some patches and to the glitch, and it cannot be done if you have already read the book. Another thing to note is that Destruction levels faster if you use a strong spell. Constantly casting stronger spells will level it quickly, but there is no way to efficiently level it unless you use a unkillable enemy such as Shadowmere.

If you are relatively new to Skyrim and don't know the benefits of any of the standing stones, I would choose the one you like the most, then go to Riverwood (If you chose to go with Ralof at the intro of Skyrim) and sleep at Gerdurs house so you can get the 'Rested' or 'Well Rested' bonus. These bonuses either will give you 10% more experience or a 5% experience. Just remember the Lovers Stone overrides the effects so choose which you would prefer wisely.

Smithing
There are actually a lot of ways to level up fast in Skyrim. Preferable if you wanted to level up smithing fast, go to "Halted Stream Camp" (located to the NW of Whiterun) and there you will find a vast amount of iron ore. Also within the mine there is a the spell book, "Transmute Mineral Ore", which allows you to alter iron to silver and silver to gold. If you chose to transmute all of the iron to gold, just make a bunch of gold rings and your smithing level will level up dramatically. You can also sell the rings for profit if you chose to do so.

Restoration
At the start of Skyrim you are already given a healing spell so until you come across the Equilibrium Spell (School of Alteration) just keep healing your self from any damage necessary. The sleeping bonus and the Mage stone bonus are recommended for this.

Sneak
This is probably the easiest thing to level in Skyrim (opinions are not taken in to consideration). I recommend using an Iron Dagger for this just to be safe by the way. Just go to High Hrothgar, wait until there are two Greybears sitting in the middle of the sanctuary (8:00 am to around 9ish), then just go slicing at there backs. BUT BE WARNED, only hit them 3 times every time you switch. If you hit them 4 times they will start to stand up. And the 5th time you get your but handed to you (I was suprised when it first happened to me hah).

Okay so since I don't really want to make a topic out of this I going to end it here. But could probably look up on Google or something for more suggestions. Have a good day.
