You can't. Unlike other games CoC is hosted on a server. After you purchase gems it has to be verified by either the play or app store. Modifying clash in any way shape or form is only possible through the server which is very hard and almost impossible to do.

Thanks ill rep i was wondering for so long lol and you got any tips on the game if you played it before? I am always getting my base raidied lol and my base is really bad since there is like no way for me to be able to get all the rocks and trees away and then build the perfect base and also i look onto like youtube and stuff and there are people who have mods and they can buy gems and have alot of elixer and gold and build all this stuff and can also build stuff instantly
