And make sure you don't have dashlaunch 3.07 because I heard that it bans your kvs quick, If you have 3.07 I would update to a newer version of it that doesent have the same issue.

What I can say is, I've been online for over a week with no ban, so you all must be doing something that is bringing the attention of the Enforcement Team to you.

Do you even know what you're talking about? I've seen you post tons of times and it's all just spam, pointless replies, and random words that you think are correct being typed and posted.

M$ can't do this because it's illegal to cripple a server that was legitimately paid for. Granted we did steal files from them, but the only thing they can do is try to sue. If they do anything else then it could be against them and they would have to shut down Xbox Live.

It's also not possible to do that because it's either the HV is clean and files are correct and you get online fine or a file is wrong and/or the HV is dirty and you're instantly banned upon trying to connect.

The reason people are getting banned faster is because they're being reported, and due to M$ security upgrades they're permitted to ban any console suspected of modifying in game content.

try putting some xbox live on the account, i know that xblse emulates it for you but some of my friends get banned real quick too and i told them to do the same, one of them has been on 5 days now to their normal 1-2 they used to get. and i have just got 16 days from a kv until i got banned about 3 hours ago, i have a new kv on and plenty of 48h trials and expect this kv to last about the same.

i'm not saying you won't get banned but its worth a try.

oh, and i never change my ip or mac address (not for any reason just too lazy )

There is several thinfs you can do, micrososft have falgged your ip or something

so before you put a new KV on then change your ip address , then reboot the console then put the KV on

make sure you actually have gold time on your account , because when your using a silver account plsying you have a higher chance getting banned.

be careful where you post your gsmertsg , try to keeo to private lobbys where possible.

appearing offline always seems to help.

and gamertag trolling using the gamertag chsnger will also get you bammed faster as a lot of people report you

KVs can get banned at any time... They don't have a certain day/time to get banned.
