Something different happens to me

A car just randomly pops out at my and I instantly jump from my bed, this only happens to me when I'm extremely tired and I start wandering to sleep

Apparently the "fall" is your brain trying to see if you're still alive so it uses that so It can tell that you're alive because your muscles in your body reacts to what the brain is making them do if that makes sense
