I do not have Forza 5 but I have Ghosts. They are completely different games and hard to compare. It really depends on what type of game you want.

You really cant compare these games. but I like Ghost more than Forza.

I picked up both games on launch day, and honestly I play the $hit out of both of them, especially with recently released DLC for ghosts. If you like COD then get ghosts, if your not a big cod fan get forza. The only complaint I have about forza is that there is only 14 tracks!
