This is a seriously misleading topic. No, as of now, I don't believe that flashing Xbox Ones is possible. If you really want to look into it, google it.

Even if you had a flashed xbox one.. you would need fuc*ing 60GB blank discs which would cost just as much as the actual game

currently, no. team-xecuter is working on all that and has been since it came out.
and yeah, it would be awesome but the discs would be ridiculously expensive as you said.

It would be pretty cool to have a flashed xbox 1. Instead of the flash reading discs, maybe there is a possibility of it can load games off of a flash drive, and play them off the usb stick. Would be cheaper than getting the discs, but not sure if it is possible.
