ok guys so i need a few things,

im wanting a flashed xbox 360 so i can get an ISO for GTA V online.

which is the best flash to get, LT+2.0 or LT+3.0

how often do i need to update firmware so i dont get banned from xbox live?

if i do accidentally get xbox ban! how can i get around this, would it be possible for me to just transfer my flashed drive to a new 360 after updating the firmware on it?

also how much would it cost me to update it as my laptop does not run as it should anymore lol, maybe that needs an update too haha!!!

also is it worth having the very latest dashboard on the flashed xbox as its meant to be alot safer not to?

ALSO WOULD I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING ON MY LAPTOP TO PLAY THE ISO WHEN I FIRST GET IT AS I DONT WANT TO MESS AROUND DOWNLOADING STUFF JUST SO I CAN PLAY IT, IM SPENDING MONEY ON THE ISO AND MONEY ON THE FLASH I WANT TO BE ABLE TO JUST PLAY FROM A ISO DISK THAT I BUY ONLINE?
