how do you bring them online so they aren't "too hot to modify" when I bring them online?

I don't think you can, anything over 50k you can't store in your garage.

Certian cars are always to hot to modify, every car in the Legendary Motorsport will be to hot to modify. I think it's every car that's worth over 50k but I could be wrong!
