I've found problem you cant have custom killstreaks and it should work it wasn't working for me now it is when i turned custom killstreaks off

I think the SnD in Combat Training has been patched cause it takes me to private match everytime.

FIXED IT.
when you're opening it in combat training.
don't go through your playercard click on your name in the lobby and get to your file share that way.
