The problem with my HD PVR 2 is that sometimes when I record it lags but on the tv their is no lag. The second problem is the screen will go turn into pixels (pixels show up on screen and makes quality look bad).

My check list (A list of things I have done)
-Download the correct software
-installed the drivers correctly
-all wires are secured
-Best setting possible
-Correct setting for software and tv

What is wrong with it?
