Okay, First off you want to go to

and scroll down untill you see download font.
Save the font to your desktop.

To Install the font, open up control panel, then go to fonts.
Drag & Drop the font from your desktop into the font folder like so.

Now Open up photoshop Cs4 or whatever you have, open a new page.
Open the text tool, and remember to select the font you had just downloaded.
Now change the colour of the font to #eeffee (By Clicking the box in the top right cornor) Like so...

Now Go to the "Layers" tap on the right, and highlight (click once) the Text Layer that you just made.
at the bottom of the layers tab, click the small fx button, then scroll down to Outer Glow. This should open a new window.

Click the Little Square In the Middle of the "Outer Glow Menu" that you just opened, and change the colour to #7dff6e then click "OK".

Now it may not show it properly if you got a white background, but once you change it to a darker one it will end up looking something like this :

Good tutorial and the pictures are helpful but edit out the +rep bit begging wont get you anywere it is earnt dude
