I will be talking about the brand new ios company i have started i have got lots of new users working for me atm and i am looking for many more
The skills your need
1)Need to know how to hack and mod (same thing)
2)Need to be able to focus on the work
3)Need to be helpful and DO NOT BE RUDE
4)Always willing to learn new things
5)Always ask for feed back positive or negative
My workers
1)will have Daley meetings to talk about new ways to improve
2)Always give me a update every single day
3)Always run by me first no matter what
4)Never be shy to ask me question about the company
5)Always be willing to work

I would also like to know. What does your company do? I don't want to take a job offer with little knowledge of the company, and from an owner who spells "Daily" "Daley".
