I need help building a PC, Im looking to spend around $500. I play runescape, WOW, LoL, and Steam games. So i want one that isn't going to lag like crazy,

For $500, this is what you'll get. Not bad at all for what you'll be doing. 7870 GHz Edition remains to be an awesome card for the price.

you would also need a Operating System, and maybe a disc drive unless you have a usb that you can use

there are not many others that are decent in that $30 range that the core 1000 is in
