Through watching various YouTube videos and a topic on TTG on how to mod this, every time I try to run the game with the mods I get this:

Fatal Error: Steam must be running to play this game!

Can anyone help??

So far there is no solution for it. My friend has the same problem. I modded mine and it worked but when he did his he got the error. A clean game doesn't work and fresh files wont work either. you are out of luck. Sorry bud. Guess you need to find a lobby. If you look hard enough in game you can find someone. It happened to me a couple times today. Cheers
