Do you have an admin password??

Start computer, Press F8 and start in Safe Mode.
This could let you in and remove password

Burn a Windows torrent from a site such as Thepiratebay. Then burn it to a disk or a USB and boot your computer off the Disk/USB. You will be asked to reinstall Windows. Go a head and do it. Select the options to erase all data and all the user accounts will be deleted. When it is finished, you will be asked to make a new user account(s) and set a new password.
