So we got 4 people on top of the tele-porter and three of us had the infinite death machine. Every time the DM was available, we went through the same steps (I had the punched knife for the revive BTW) and the fourth person got the DM but never got it after being revived, even after three times. He knew the proper steps too because he's had it a few times. So my question is, has anyone done it (not theoretically) and if so did you do anything different?

BTW - we got to round 42 and quit cause we were tired. After the game I looked and was 33rd in world in score, so now I wish I would have stayed longer. Oh well. It wasn't legit anyway, but it was fun running around at lvl 42 trying to survive!
