Usually just hollow threats to try and intimidate, push them to see if they back down.

Most of the people on there think that just because they have done some cheesy USB mod, that they are some kind of professional. Most of the time they have no idea what they are talking about, they are just repeating things they have heard on YouTube.

Are you talking about doxing? When you DDoS someone you hit them offline.

The best thing I've heard so far is a kid claiming that he could hack me via JTag just because he has a JTag. (not entirely impossible as he could technically have rewritten the game to give him all of my information, but I seriously doubt 99% of the JTaggers have this skill).

But not to contradict myself, he said he could keylog me with his JTag. Ha.

Well what i do when ever i get a threat to get hit i tell them my ip and i say hit me then and well they never do

DOXing is what gives you personal information. DDOSing kicks you offline. DDOS means Distributed Denial Of Service attack.

I've been threatened to get booted offline loads of times and I just laugh at them because it never happens. This guy told me that in like 8 hours i'll be booted offline, 8 hours passed and nothing.

I've only been hosted booted once though :p

It does sometimes irritate me, but with my luck I would get that one kid that knows what he's doing and actually DDoS or kick me offline.

I loled at this haha.. I think its hilarious when little kids threaten to "hack" me.. But yes im going to say this then find someone who actually knows how. Just my luck
