I reset my iPhone and went to download everything back signed into my iTunes account download my old apps that were currently on the cloud storage I opened up clash of clans and everything is gone and they welcome me with a new Game Center ID and yes it was the exact same name and password before I reset for my Apple ID.

try deleting clash of clans then re-downloading it.If this does not work I would try looking it up on youtube. Sorry I do not play clash of clans. Hope this helps.
