I need help. The other day my xbox starting giving me issues. Customer support doesn't seem to know what to do, and neither does any of their ambassadors. When i try to turn the console on it shows it has power everywhere it should, all the lights come on. However. Nothing shows up on the screen and when I try to eject the disc it makes an odd sound similar to the normal eject sound but low pitched. I've already unplugged everything and plugged it back in, I've already cycled the power, I've done a combination of the two. I just don't know what's going on here and I hope someone here has a solution that works, or has had the same issue. Will +REP anyone who can help, thank you.

I would try plugging your Xbox into a different outlet around your house. If that doesn't work you most likely have a defected console. If that's the case, contact the support team and I am sure they will get it sorted out!

I was gonna say power cycle, but you did. It could be your tv to be honest. Try plugging it all into a different tv just to see. My brother had the same issue with his Wii U. i hope i could help
