I disable live block in Dashlaunch, save the settings, load them, then save them again, but when I boot my console back up, it's enabled again. Does anyone know how to fix this? I can't get on XBLSE

have you tried taking the launch.ini and changing it on your computer instead of xbox.

You can open launch.ini in notepad.
