For everyone wondering about sleep paralysis. I searched and found out how to put myself into sleep paralysis and I tried it and boy it was like non other. I wasn't as scared because I knew I was putting myself into the paralysis not randomly going into it. I could definitely feel a strong STRONG negative energy in the room and like most people I did see a shadow person who jumped into my mirror after a few seconds of standing by me. I believe it is a portal for entities to visit us. Good and bad. Shadow people being bad but what ever I could honestly care less about Demons and they can get at me. I was just interested in the top. What do you guys think?

So is it like you are making yourself have a nightmare? Or is it like playing with a oujia board, and opening a portal to the other side?

It's a very scary thing if you don't know what to expect first time I did it there was a little girl with no eyes running around my bed signing ring around the rosey it was quite frightening you see things that scare the living crap outta you...I do believe its a portal to this so called super natural world.

Wow you ended up seeing the girl. Of course before I put myself into the Paralysis I did research it and there's also many people who see little girls singing nursery rhymes and freaky songs. I prayed (lol) that I wouldn't get the girl. So I settled for a shadow being haha. I don't regret the experience but boy was it crazy. Anyone wanting to try it search how to have sleep paralysis and you will find guides on how to have it.

That's weird. I've personally never seen "shadow people" (thank god lol) and I've been into several sleep paralysis due to lucid dreaming as it is part of the method I did. But the first time I ever got sleeping paralysis it felt like someone was sitting on my chest and I couldn't breathe and I was trying to call for help but the room was dark and I couldn't make any sound and then I gave up and accepted my death and closed my eyes hahaha. But as soon as I closed my eyes I went straight to sleep almost instantly
