okay so i have never been in modded lobby for ghosts never modded ghosts but im console banned from ghosts how and why did this happen i was first prestige rank 26

You might have to contact Microsoft for that one they could have banned you for no reason on accident or mistake there number is 1-800-469-9269

Yes, call them. But, If you had anything to do with the camo's that hadn't been put in the game (EX: Weed Camo, Spikes, Bling etc.) YOU ARE PERMA BANNED. There isn't anything you can do.
