I'm at my friends house, her computer has a virus that disabled Mozilla, Norton, and won't allow for a full system restore.

Any anti-malware to find EVERYTHING? or should i just boot up a fresh vista cd.

Safe mode, Get malewarebytes. Run the full scan. Probably will knock it out.

Make a partition on your hard drive, heres a guide

Store anything she wants to keep on that partition and boot the windows cd on to partition that already exists

well if watever is on there is smart enough, it will just travel its way over to the new partition.
