Want to rank up? Heres how!
1. Get 3 people who each have 1 spare controller.
2. Set your Locale to some random-a** country where there is barely anybody on XBL.
3. Start up Black Ops and go to multiplayer.
4. Click the BACK button to the left of your Xbox guide button (NOT B).
5. Set your search preferences to LOCALE ONLY.
6. Start up a Team Tactical game and invite all of your friends with their spare controllers connected.
7. Vote for a demolition game or vote random and try to get lucky.
8. When you are in the game, pair up with 1 person from the enemy team and meet each other at plant site A or B.
9. Have somebody plant the bomb and the other defuse it. (keep doing until you want to stop.)

Thats the best way to rank up until lobbies come out. This seriously works I was a 47 and I ranked up to a 48 in 1 game and you need about 50,000 XP to rank up.
