41212 is one of the best formations,
Great all round team, good back line, awesome midfield and forward line.

If you like BPL then make it

(I'm more of a serie A fan since I think there is more variety through midfield)

Would get Evra instead of Cole to defend better from late headers and maybe Nani for Navas, Cazorla for Silva for the 5* weak foot
