Here are links to modified versions of evasi0n7. These have been modified with hex editor to allow jailbreak on devices that have updated to 7.0.6.

IMPORTANT.
You must reset the device to factory settings with iTunes for this to work. You cannot do it any other way apparently. You can try but i have heard it does not work. You can back up your device now, jailbreak it, and restore backup maybe. But it works 100% if you restore to factory.

I can confirm the Windows version works on my iPad 4. I have not tried the Mac version. It should work on all devices that the previous jailbreak worked on.
